[Build Help] Took advantage of the holiday sales. Need opinions on the build I have so far.

I bought parts for my first PC build and I need some opinions towards what motherboard or PSU to use. I have been referred the MSI Gaming 5, G45, and a Z97 Killer but I don't have much knowledge on motherboards. This is what I have so far, also feel free to suggest a replacement part for one already listed.
