Anyone else noticing issues after the most recent update/patch?

Ever since the latest update/patch I've been noticing some issues.

1.) Alley Oops are completely broken. No matter how good of a pass or how good of a finisher the recipient is it almost never connects. Rubio to Wiggins and Rondo to Gay oops should not be getting blown as frequently as I've noticed today.

2.) The non-icon passing system seems even worse than before. I would occasionally get an errant pass here and there but now its to the point where the game is straight up ignoring what player is highlighted. Far too many times today has my player been either throwing passes either over the intended receiver to someone behind him(usually stolen in mid air) or the pass will go the opposite direction of the highlighted player.

3.) Attempting to make a steal is an absolute joke. Every steal attempt I make is called a foul and is unsuccessful in getting the ball lose. Come back down on offense and the same exact animation happens for the CPU steal attempt and its called a clean steal. On top of that the collision detection is way off and seems to only benefit the CPU.

Frustrating. /End rant

Edit: Forgot to mention that no matter what team I play with 50%(if not more)of the time my SF or SG and either PF or C are suuuuper slow getting up the court on offense. This wouldn't be too bad except the fact that it happens when I'm trying to run up-tempo. The players are not slow nor fatigued but they take forever to get up the court when there are opportunities to score quickly.
