How to Channel Your Sexual Energy

I was trying to get some work done last night, and couldn't focus. I did a search on google and came across this article...it really resonated with me and I actually found it fun to abstain and hold onto my sexual energy. And I know my body will more than happily re-purpose it toward healing (been trying to get past a surgery and an illness). Hope it helps.
