Equips Disapeered?

So I logged in right after the Reboot patch, was trying to reclaim my fm 1 spot from before. I went to grab my items from Frederick and got them but it wouldn't let me set a shop up. Relogged and it fixed the shop setup issue but all of my equips were gone. Just me?
