Possible Spoiler, weird image found on ground in fo4

POSSIBLE SPOILER not sure yet and I don't know how to spoiler tag since I am new to reddit.

I was meandering through the Glowing Sea and I just left the Abandoned Cabin with a direct line to Virgil's pad when I found this up on the hill. Anyone seen this? Does it have any significance to anything or just a weird texturalized pattern?
