Is MMR Broken recently?

Guys i just lost 15 of my last 17 games dropped 3.7k to 3.3k, is there anything you can do if your sf goes 1-9 13 min in even with a midlane support or non stop games where sm1 dies once and starts afk or feeding. like how can i get this many fucking games in a row?
