To stay completely anonymous with Trezor do you not use MyTrezor?

I'm a bit confused about this device and why you would use my trezor

if you want to generate new public key addresses do you need to have a computer, or can you do this from mycellium?

what do you need mytrezor for? can you do a recovery from seed without using the mytrezor page?

what can you just use as a substitute i.e mycellium for the phone and electrum for the desktop and then never ever use mytrezor???

I'm worried about getting tracked from the mytrezor site and transaction records
