Any engine expert could confirm if Dishonored 2 (Void Engine) will be limited to 60 fps?

Rage, The new order, and even the new Doom Alpha are limited to 60fps as it is hard coded in the engine. I supposed it doesn't matter if you don't have a 120hz monitor but, has anyone read any tweets or got any infos if the Void engine, used in Dishonored 2, has the same limitations?
