Won't spam this, but really wanted to share a small project a friend and I built recently – a site that lets you comment on ANY webpage easily (uxu.io).

My friend and I decided it was too difficult to find other people talking about the same webpages you wanted to talk about. People share their links and post them to Facebook, Twitter and even Reddit - but if you're on the site, sometimes finding those discussions is actually quite hard. Some sites do have comment engines but often they are third party, proprietary or sometimes don't exist at all. We wanted to build a foolproof way of always finding those conversations.

UXU.io basically works by adding "uxu.io/" in front of any URL. Want to talk about Apple? (www.uxu.io/www.apple.com) or discuss alien conspiracies? (www.uxu.io/www.fbi.gov). You can even try it on your own website.

Our front page gives you some of today's 'top' links but people will use for all types of links, reviewing products and critiquing business practises.

Anyway, just wanted to share - hopefully webdev's can see it as a useful tool for opening dialogs with content publishers or companies.

Cheers!
