QUOTES!!!! Help

So I'm trying to install an MSI with start-process and it has arguments but they have quotes in them. Cant for the life of me figure this out....

start-process msiexec -ArgumentList "/i C:\temp\install.msi SERVERURL="" ORGANIZATIONTOKEN="" SUPPORTEDLANGUAGES="en-US" SUPPORTEDTOPICS="" USERINTERFACELANGUAGE="en-US" AUTHENTICATION="" LOGFILEPATH="" LOGLEVEL="ERROR" /l*xv %temp%\install.log"  

So between the double quotes are the variables, but as is it wont work, i think the quotes are messing up cause the -argument is between quotes.
