Duel Monitor icons keep moving.

I recently bought an XB270HU 2560x1440 Monitor. Now whenever I wake my computer up after I've been gone for awhile all the icons move to my main monitor. Does anyone know why it would be doing this? I've look around online and there doesn't seem to be a very clear answer.

It's connected with a Display Adapter and my old monitor is connected with HDMI if that helps.
