So I have a question about auto-fire...

I wanna make sure I understand this right...if a player makes an attack against an enemy with a weapon using auto-fire. And they hit and spend the 2 advantage to hit a different target. Does the player have to do another attack roll against the second target? Same for if it hits a single target twice. Or does it just apply the success rate and damage from the initial hit from the weapon to the second hit and auto-hit them a second time?
