Help "Why spawned enemy won't fight with a player?"

I use console commands to spawn enemy, but he/they won't return fire. They will fight other NPCs but not the player. What am I doing wrong? ( other than English ;) ) I tried TCAI, TCI, resetAi, tdetect, but nothing works. Anything I spawn refuse to fight me directly. Please HELP! Survival difficulty is to easy. Its the only way to keep me challenged.
