Unsealing charms + Sealing charm RNG reset?

Does anybody knows if you can reset the stats on an item if you use a sealing charm on it after unsealing it?

For instance : Pizza # 8 is tough to get, rarely see it. I unseal it, bad stats. Can I seal it, then unseal it again to try to get a different stat on it from RNG or is it gonna be the same stats?
