Getting spammed w/ pwd reset requests
Hello, Over the last 3 months, I've been consecutively and on a weekly basis been getting emails from Sony in order to change my password, allegedly after a request of mine to do so.
However, not once have I requested for a password reset and even though at first I thought someone was trying to troll me and ignored all emails, the situation never really stopped happening.
I've checked the legitimacy of those emails, and from what I've searched they are actually sent by Sony and not any lookalike addresses trying to steal my credentials (I haven't clicked on any links that were sent though just to be safe).
Any ideas as of what I should do? Can I suspend my PSN account in order to stop this? I don't play that much on my PS3 anyways due to other interests so it has surely been quite a while since the last time I logged on; point is, I wouldn't notice if I had no account whatsoever since I don't even have purchased anything through it.
Thank you for your time, I hope somebody can help with this weird occurrence.
tldr; getting spammed with emails to reset password by legit sony email, haven't clicked on any but this has been going on for months. don't know what to do, need help.
