[PC] Games like Disgaea, in specific ways.

I like over-the-top ultimate boss encounters and secrets, don't mind some grinding, and don't really care if it's a tactical RPG or a more conventional one. But I want to be able to min-max my characters and see huge numbers.

Basically, ask yourself, "How is Borderlands 2 similar to Disgaea?", and find games that also share those similarities.
