Unlock All Metadata Fields

I have over a thousand movies in my database that have locked metadata fields and another thousand that do not. I would like to start over on all of them with updated metadata from TMDb, but the Refresh All does not clear the locked fields. Is there a way to unlock all of those without deleting the library? Thanks.
