[Testnet] Can we organize a time for those of us running testnet nodes to switch our fork over to CPU mining exclusively so we can all mine?

Would be good to get some block propagation and orphan rate data, if we can arrange a time where all of us on testnet run with -gen to CPU mine while simultaneously spamming transactions I think that'd be great. Maybe this weekend? As long as we have sufficient PoW beforehand we should still stay on the right (XT) fork, right? Also, any way to get a testnet node in China for this?

Edit: Maybe we can also use the XT 11D bandwidth limiting feature to find the limit and break the network? I would LOVE to know what the actual bandwidth requirements of the network are.
