Please help. I [23F] need to tell a possibly pregnant [20sF] that my/her boyfriend [29M] has been with me for over a year. I was in love with him and got totally duped. I had no idea. Now I know, it seems so obvious. I feel so sad and stupid.
It's been 3 days. The guy I've been romantically involved with for 1.5yrs and known for nearly 3 years has been with and is possibly expecting a baby with another woman. I'm heartbroken and so fucking angry.

I feel like the right thing to do is to tell her despite several people telling me to stay away and move on without saying a word. I'm worried about the consequences, I genuinely did not know. I feel like I should've known but I didn't. We were talking about moving in together and we had unprotected sex on several occasions throughout the past 1.5 years, gross. I've stayed at his house - 2/3 nights a week usually and for an entire week during the holidays - I have belongings there. Knowing what I know now, I should have known something was up but I just thought he was really routine focused, security conscious and reserved due to being in the services and having PTSD. She lives a good 3.5hr round trip away from me (and him) so I guess the reason he got away with it so well was because it's LDRish?

The only reason I found out is because I caught him out in a lie about sex, I didn't know it was a lie, I thought it was a misunderstanding. It all happened by text because he blocked me from calling and then went MIA. I didn't even suspect he was cheating, AT ALL. We were chatting after work as usual and he made an off the cuff remark and I replied "No, that wasn't with me!.. must be your other girlfriend."
I was just kidding around. It was a joke. But he stopped replying. A few hours later I tried to call him, thinking nothing of the timing, and was met with weird beeps. After another few hours of no responses I was kinda worried (aforementioned PTSD can occasionally cause emergency situations) so I drove to his place, but he wasn't in, which was odd. I messaged again since he was online, asking what was going on and the shittiest text conversation I think I've ever had followed.

He eventually dumped me, still by text. But in a really backhanded way and he completely diverted the conversation and only answered questions he felt like answering. **I'll put the conversation in comments if it matters, the general vibe was: he first of all made out like he was going to kill himself, then he said it wasn't me; it was him, then he said his PTSD wasn't getting better and I was better off without him and then he asked me if I wanted to hear if I didn't love him, was that what I wanted. He then said he loved me but wasn't in love with me. I think I got every cliche excuse in the book. In reality he has another woman, I think she might be pregnant and is pushing for marriage. **

It sounds so stupid but I did not ever imagine this kind of thing happening to me. I'm so normal. This kind of drama is mind blowing.

I was originally going to post this last night but I took another night to think (overthink?) and I'm really worried about how to do this, it's not that he could harm me physically but I do think he'd make my life miserable and try to get revenge if I tell the other woman what he's really like, especially since there was huge hints they're engaged/thinking about it and a pregnancy. It's so fucked up. I literally have no idea who came first, I'm only assuming it was her because I'm the one getting dumped?

tl;dr: Turns out my boyfriend was somebody else's boyfriend too. I think the right thing to do is inform her but I don't know how and I don't know what to say. I feel sick. I have her phone number and home address.
