Coins When Killing Enemies with Fire Balls

In New Super Mario Bros. U, you got a Coin each time you kill an enemy with a Fire Ball from a Fire Flower.

Why doesn't that happen in Super Mario Maker?
It'd be cool to have an option to get Coins when you kill enemies with Fire Flowers in the four styles.
