Hump Day Victories

Now obviously we are all here because we are all designing a game so my question is...What victory did you achieve today? Did you figure out how to script your dream battle? Did you finally get the characters juuuuuust right? Did you finally open up the software stare blankly at it and then finally wrote the title?
