Am I a Psychopath if I still follow the law?

I am a Psychopath. Not "Officially," but a friend of my family gave me a psych eval not too long ago because my family was concerned about my attitude towards some things for various reasons. So on the record i am as sane as anyone else, but off the record, i am, in fact, a psychopath. After doing some reading i noticed that psychopaths don't typically respect or obey the law...but i do. Not necessarily because I see the law as authority but i recognize the fact that i probably dont have the skills necessary to get away anything, and i would be doing myself a disservice to get my self thrown in jail. Would that make me "High-Fuctioning?" or something different all together?
