Can't reset PIC

Haven't played in several years, tried what I thought was my pin and it didn't work. Tried to reset it through account settings, but the button to send the reset email doesn't seem to do anything... and its URL is just the account settings' URL with an extra hash symbol. (http://www.nexon.net/account/account-settings/#) How in the world am I supposed to try Reboot now? :(

EDIT: Seems to be resolved all of a sudden, just received the reset email a short while ago now. Maybe the servers were just a bit overloaded? Thanks all for your help!
