Death is a horrible thing of course so our most generous and beloved King Joaquim Guebasu has decided to improve our current state of medicine. Which civilization can thrive without good hospitals? Well I'm sure there are some but that's not the point, the point is that we like our people alive rather than death so it's time to prevent death, capiche?

The hospitals will most likely lower the death rate and infant mortality rate by some percent, which won't amount to much because of our small population but every small step counts right? The hospitals will be build in the major cities with small stations in the rural areas.
