Can you pvp with other players in different NG's ?

Hello there guys !

Today i finished my Moonlight sword build at 120 lvl for pvp.

I was always pvping before the dlc at 100 lvl . so for my new built i wanted to go for 120 lvl .

When the dlc came out i was playing with my 180 lvl character on NG++ to complete and also i was doing some tests to see if the connectivity its fixed like , invasions , helping other players at dlc bosses etc. and i was surprised that summons was fast around 30 seconds and invasions also .

Now with my new character build at lvl 120 on NG i was trying to pvp at Hunters Nightmare 1st lamp, and the invasions was a bit slow for me sometimes it took max 2-3 minutes and i invaded the same guy like 3 times in a row. so i was thinking that maybe you can invade people that are in the same NG as you .

so i wanted to know if u know anything confirmed about that , or u can invade no matter NG ?

i am so sry to ask that , i dont know if someone else posted about that here . :/
