any good tips on how to farm VC the time-conscious way?

I'm new to 2k16, and I've soon realized it is going to be a lot harder to rank up MyPlayer this year than it was last year. Any tips on how to farm VC the quickest? I don't mind the grind, I just want to know which game modes will get me the most the fastest.
