Do you think dungeons are still worth it? What dungeons do drop expensive items pretty often?

Recently I dropped a gold backpiece in CoE that I sold for 18g lol. Furthermore elite specialization increase dps, so dungeon runs take less time. I assume dungeon paths can be sold better since noone runs them. To conclude, I think dungeons can be still worth running. What do you think?
