Lawyers of Indy, I have a question if you have a minute?

Okay, I'll keep this short. A particular dirt bag went to jail back in 2006 and was released after 9 months for his 3rd OWI. This past June, he ran into 3 parked cars and through a building up in Broadripple, getting yet another OWI. The Prosecutors filed for Enhanced Vehicular Substance Abuse Sentencing. He is claiming that he is getting his license back on Tuesday 12/08/15. We are really hoping for jail time. I can give you his name if you pm me to look at the court odyssey, but would like some thoughts, or from anyone who has any knowledge of this sort of thing. Thank you!
