Banned from joining/creating games?

Hey, new to posting here but here goes.

I basically only ever play std and i've found that the last 2 days when I try to join a three ex game it says i'n unable to join because i'm [Blocked] and I don't understand why.

As far as i'm aware i've broken no rules so if anyone has any idea's i'd be grateful.
