Arena Quitters

This has been said over and over again, but if the new update doesn't do something about quitters, especially for BTB, I don't know why I would play Arena anymore. When you are trying to raise your CSR, you almost have to play with a team because half the time, 2 or 3 people leave. I shouldn't be forced to play with a team to just have a chance at winning. I've lost (and won) I don't know how many matches in BTB, more or less, because of quitters. JIP needs to be implemented into Arena, preferably where you are penalized for joining a losing battle.

Footnote: Yes, I realize some leave because of connection issues. I'm obviously not addressing them. It would be nice to be able to jump back into the same game if you get disconnected, but I'm not sure about that logistics wise. A player also shouldn't be penalized if they are disconnected, whether their CSR or Req cards.
