Longer loading times?

I assume it's not only with me, but I've noticed that all day, no matter what the type of scene is, be it a dungeon or just going to Idyllshire, the loading screen takes quite a lot longer. Could this be in relation with how lagspikes have been increasing lately in the game due to ISPs? Although, if that were the case, shouldn't I be lagging elsewhere as well?
