Sales Tax Refund Question

Hi all,

This is the first time I've had this come up and I'm not completely sure how to handle it.

I had to issue a refund on a job from last quarter that I already paid the sales tax for. For this quarter, do I file a refund or do I deduct it from the current quarter on the form? I know that's a little vague but mainly, what do you do with sales tax on refunds?
