can icefrong nerf ember spirit to the ground?

everybody is spamming this hero nowadays and it gets really boring. in streams, in pro games, in my pubs. it's not like the hero is so imbalanced. i just want it nerfed to the ground because im sick of this chinese bastard. just played 3 games, in every one of them there was ember fuckin spirit who rush travels and trying to be arteezy or ee or even dityara. decided it's enough for today. oh look, s4 i streaming, he's pretty cool guy, i should watch some instead of playing. s4 picked EMBER FUCKIN SPIRIT.
