Now that we are almost twenty games in, what are people's evaluations of our front court?
Coming into this season there were a lot of question marks about who to slot at the four and five, with pickups in the offseason of Mason Plumlee, Ed Davis, Noah Vonleh, and Cliff Alexander. The only bigs still left from the previous season being Meyers Leonard and Chris Kaman.
We've played nineteen games so far, which is a decent chunk of time to get a look at how things are shaking out. We've seen mostly a four man rotation, with Cliff Alexander and Chris Kaman being the two riding the pine. Of the four who do see regular play, what have been your thoughts so far? Do you prefer Mason Plumlee's ability to dish out assists? Or Ed Davis and his relentless offensive rebounding? Do you think the spacing Meyers Leonard provides is more important? Or do you think we should focus on developing Noah Vonleh and feeding the young prospect more minutes?
