[Acne] Started 20mg of Isotretinoin twice a day today, how long will it take to see results? what should I expect?

ok a 17 year old male weighting 165 starting Isotretinoin at 20mg twice a day (so 40mg daily) how long will it take for me to see improvement, what can I expect and how fast does it take to start clearing acne?
