Cheap headphone stand and case in Canada?

I just got a set of the HD598's on Black Friday, and I am looking for a stand and a case for them. So far I've only found absurdly expensive ones, so if anyone could send me in the right direction so find some nicely priced ones for Canadians it would be greatly appreciated:)
