So I just finished Fate/SN and just felt the need to talk about it.

I'll be talking of every route here, so be aware.

Sorry in advance, this is just because I don't really friends reading VN's that I can share this with. I just wanted to get what I feel off my heart.

 

I've been reading vn's for a couple of months now, soon half a year. This is what I've managed to get through so far.

 

I've been enjoying more or less every vn I've read, though I've mostly played well recommended ones so that might not be too strange.

 

You know that feeling you get after you're done with an amazing book? I've always been an avid reader and plenty of book has left me with that feeling of completion and a sting of sorrow because you know you won't have the exact same experience again.

 

So far no VN has left me with that feeling. A lot of VN's has brought out both tears of sadness and joy, but after I'm done it's like "eh, that's cool. Let's find a new one" Up until now that is.

 

First thing that struck me in F/SN was the amount of decisions to make. No VN I've read so far has given me close to that amount, while also not having any real failure states. I found that thing kind of cool in its own regard, the whole tiger dojo thing and everything :)

Shinji, FUCK OFF. I've never hated a character more than this guy. Grisaia has some annoying ones but no one comes close to this guy...

It was so good! Best battle theme, and with the best girl. I cried so much.

That was the ending I really wanted.

 

Now there's a big hole in my heart. Maybe I'll watch fate/zero? I've never watched any anime really..
