I want a baking book for Christmas, which one do you recommend?

The selection is huge and I can't choose! Which one is your favorite and why?

I mostly use recipes I found on-line and recipes from bon appetit desserts which I highly recommend by the way, everything I've made from it has turned out really well, but it's not baking only.
