Valium test

I started seeing a pain management doctor. My second visit is next Tuesday. I expect to be given a urine test since it's a fairly common practice in pain management clinics. He prescribed me Nucynta for pain, but no pharmacy carries it anymore that is covered under my insurance. So, despite 3 phone calls to his office about not getting my pain meds I managed to get some T2's from a friend.

1. Will he see my level of Valium is higher than it should be? and
2. Will he see the T2's in my system?

I can explain the T2's were just left over from another injury perhaps, but the Valium he scripted me.
