Remove Magnus Pleaaaaase

Ever since Magnus got released, whoever picked him won the match. His ultimates cooldown is too short and if you have a refreshers you will always get a magnetize ult on everyone no matter what. This is Dota IMBA, not Dota "PICK THIS HERO TO WIN".
