Looking For New Hair Product

Hi MHA,

I previously used a product called Lynx (AXE in the US) Messy Look, it was a matte clay which came in a pump, black with a yellow lid. I used to apply it to very slightly damp hair, and then use a hair dryer to dry my hair completely in a sort of pompadour style.

That worked well until I found out that the product has been discontinued. Since then I have tried American Crew Fiber, and Moose Head Shaping dough. American Crew being the better working of the two, but still not holding up nearly as effectively as the Lynx used to- two days, including overnight without needing to be reapplied, whereas other two start to lose their hold in a matter of hours.

I'd be incredibly grateful if anyone could suggest an alternative.
