Hi there, APP! I know this is a long-shot, but I’m hoping to find a detailed long-term partner to roleplay some seriously scandalous medical debauchery. Normally, I would jump right in and post the beginning of a narrative. But this one is so fucked-up it’s going to require some discussion.

The basic scenario takes place at a clinic where an OB/GYN (me) and a sonographer (you) conspire together to impregnate our patients/victims (also played by you, or perhaps by a third roleplayer). There are a lot of details to the roleplay that I’d like to work out in advance to suit our particular preferences. Are you into celebrity fantasies? Then maybe our clinic is in Beverly Hills and we’re going to inseminate the shit out of Taylor Swift (or whomever you like). Are you in a darker mood? Then maybe we work for Doctors Without Borders performing well-woman exams in some war-torn hell-hole. There are so many possibilities.

The critical aspect is that we are the Bonnie and Clyde of reproductive medicine. As the sonographer, you would guide the insemination process using the ultrasound machine. Maybe that means monitoring the position of my cockhead in relation to her cervix, and using the Doppler mode to observe my ejaculation (yes, I’m a geek; I’ve given this a lot of thought). Hell, I could even cum inside of you (while we watch on the ultrasound), and then you squat over our patient and let the creampie flow into her speculum-spread cunt. Again, lots of possibilities.

One feature that I would like to include is cervical dilation, and even cervical penetration if we want to stretch reality a bit. This brings up some additional options for depravity. We could drug our patient so she’s unconscious, but that’s a little boring. Or, instead, we could administer a neuromuscular block that would paralyze her for the session, but she would remain fully conscious and retain full sensation (maybe we include a hallucinogen to impair her memory of the event). Or, maybe one of you out there is an eager cum-slut who wants nothing more than to get knocked up. Would we even need to drug you? Perhaps you get off on the idea of not being able to move a muscle, but being fully awake and still feeling everything that’s happening to you?

There’s also the potential for some awesome ageplay here. Maybe our victim is a freshly-pubescent girl who just had her first period and is brought to the clinic by her mother for a routine checkup. I love the idea of the mother sitting in the next room while we impregnate her daughter.

A couple of things about me that you should know. I love detail. Which means I write several paragraphs, and I like to give those paragraphs some consideration. I’m not looking for a chat. I prefer a slower roleplay with lots of buildup. My only limits are scat and blood. I also have a busy schedule, which means I like to write once a day at most, and I may not be able to respond immediately. I’d like for this to be long-term.
