[CLAIM] Aloha from Hawaii
The Chairman sat atop the platform overlooking the city of Honolulu from the top of the First Hawaiian Bank. He overlooked his fair city from the eye holes of his infamous mask. The black spandex was taught against his face, the skull like pattern of white leather molded to his features after years of wear. His 'face' was one known about only in whispers and cheered for in other ciricles, and squared circles. Taking a sip of water, he watched as the city began to glow as a cool breeze welcomed dusk to his slice of the world. He adjusted the broad gold belt that clung to his torso. It had been a long time coming, but Hawaii had sat in relative obscurity since the nation of Aztlan reached out to it, with no finalization. The last leader of his nation was even more absurd then he was, and reflecting back, had to have been some sort of ploy... but by whom, it was not known.
He adjusted the sequined shawl lapel of his suit and enjoyed the glitter of the diamond skulls that served as cufflinks. Taking another sip of water he stood with his strong arms holding him up on his perch. He heard the soft footsteps approach from behind and his natural instinct was to spin around with a flourish. His bedazzled gator shoes remain planted however. His adjutant approached him in a familiar way and assuaged him, all was going to plan and his men were in position around the city.
His mind rushed towards the scenes unfolding in various police stations, town halls, and the federal buildings as various bureaucrats and functionaries handed over control to his men, in a civil and respectful manner. He waited, and slowly a few specks illuminated themselves over the horizon, some near, some as far away as the other side of the big island as the flares went up. A bright whiteness filling the sky. He adjusted his tie and stood tall, towering over his advisor, his bearish chest and broad shoulders converging at his thick neck. He turned to face his city and finally adjusted the jolly roger like mask that he wore. As he entered the elevator to take him to the base of the tallest tower in the city, he knew as he rode down the windows of the building would be selectively illuminated on all sides, to show the people of his nation the sigil of their new ruler. A white skull would be shown to them all as the the Chairman, the luchadore champion, El Muerto went down to greet a waiting press conference...
