Looking for a video warp solution

Hi. I'm looking for an external warp box that accepts hdmi (directly or via dvi) warps it to pre-specificed configurations (there will be multiple configs depending on the source aspect ratio, resolution and other factors) and outputs hdmi/dvi. Any ideas on a sub $1200 solution?
