Having problems running Arma 3 after Nexus update

I've had no issues on my PC running Arma 3 until this most recent update. Even in a no splash menu, I'm getting 4 FPS, and in game I'm getting 6.

I think the issue is is that Arma 3 is currently using only .6-1% of my CPU. I had the launcher set to using 2 of my cores, turning that off still ended up with the same result.

I am on the most current, non development build. Here are my specs.

Edit: I have ran a verify of game cache, I have not reinstalled the game yet.
