How do I roll a cigarette in steps?

I've been smoking Golden Virginia for a while, I switched to rolling tobacco for a change and discovered it was cheaper, lasted a while, stronger and tastier.

But I find it quite distressing the fact that I can't roll and the fire goes out to quickly.
