The subtitles in Hulu lag behind. Is that normal?

(New post, old one got deleted due to title)

I've started watching an anime with subtitles in the Hulu app. However the subtitles lag behind a bit and it drives me crazy!

I tried it in the browser as well and the subtitles there match perfectly! Is that a general issue with the ps4 app or is it just me and maybe fixable? Thanks!
