Easter morning in a psych ward

So it's Easter morning in a psych ward and my mother is working.

So my mother brings two pants on head crazy patients to talk to eachohther, one of which, who I will call Fred, thinks he is Jesus, the other, who I will call Bob, thinks he is Abraham Lincoln, and the fact he is in a psych ward is some weird conspiracy and people are coming to kill him etc etc.

So my mom brings Fred and Bob to talk to eachother, and they start arguing so my mom has to separate them. After they separate, Fred says to my mom: "Can you believe that guy thinks he is the president?"
