Please advise me

I am furious. I sold Fifa 16 on ebay around October 19th. Because I didn't have anything else to sell, I haven't been on since.

I logged back on to find the full £33 has been refunded to the seller. Considering I'm a full time student, this is a big deal.

The seller opened the case on the 11th November and it was closed on the 18th November.

When a listing says next day delivery, you don't wait three weeks to report a problem.

I just had a look through my proof of postages and I have found proof of posting Fifa 16.

eBay customer support is the worst, is there anyway I can show this to anyone and re open the case? This is ridiculous.
