Question/Problem with the gs mystery box... (surprise :/)

Just got my gs box in the mail, no packaging whatsoever inside, it rattled everywhere. Here’s the best part, it was already opened! and gone through! The packaging inside the box was even ripped apart. Wouldn’t have mind getting a claptrap if that’s how it came legit, but I do mind the fact that my box was already sorted through. Anyone else have this problem? I already contacted customer service and not expecting much.
